If you are not satisfied with a training program or internship, you may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course modules or initiated the certification exam.
Fees paid for live cyber investigations, completed internship tracks, or issued certificates are strictly non-refundable.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
